WHAT TO EXPECT

We\'re looking for an experienced system architect to manage definition and stakeholder alignment as well as the design and maintenance of the database for in-vehicle data exchange formats. You\'ll be ensuring continued support of the Feature Delivery Process maintaining and adhering to expected quality of the quarterly release schedule. You\'ll maintain cross carline applicability of system architecture and ensuring no/minimal impact on network backward compatibility. Developing the upcoming network architecture and the new Dassault toolchain led process.

This role includes leading the iterative "Feature Bundle and Network Iteration Process" which manages the introduction of new features, capabilities, and enhancements to the vehicle networked systems, with quarterly releases. All changes are harmonised at vehicle level to control the deployment of new electronic hardware, software and network signals according to the EE Architecture design rules, in a fully collaborative manner.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Accountable for robust delivery of the quarterly feature delivery process gateways.

• Responsible to manage Network architecture team resources

• Responsible to drive robustness into the architected systems by ensuring the EE Architecture Design Rules are followed by our Architects and external Stakeholders

• Responsible for the constant improvement of the feature delivery process to achieve robust System Architecture

• Responsible to ensure the optimal design tools are available for Network architecture design

WHAT YOU\'LL NEED

• Detailed understanding of Electrical Architecture, including all five viewpoints - Network Architecture, Software Architecture, Power Architecture, Hardware Architecture, and Wiring Architecture

• Detailed understanding of the EE Architecture design rules

• Ability to manage a large number of affected stakeholders across the business and help them to work collaboratively

• Proven ability to deliver large complex electrical system design projects on time with high quality

• Extended experience of Data management and Network Design

• Previous experience and knowledge of various data management and Network Design tools

• An excellent understanding of Vehicle Architectures
