Role Purpose:
The Digital products portfolio represents different customer facing digital channels such as social messaging, chat, and voice to allow our customers to self-service everything around their products and services. The heart of this represents the Vodafone global TOBi platform, which is an AI-powered chatbot platform which integrates with several channels to serve a consistent customer experience. The aim is to delight our customers with a \xe2\x80\x9cwow\xe2\x80\x9d effect by making the experience as smooth and intelligent as possible. The platform includes all aspects of an AI-powered system such as Intent Recognition, Dialogue Management, as well as Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech services.
The role owner will be responsible for the integration and the orchestration of all the cognitive services into the global TOBi platform architecture and drive the adoption within the Vodafone markets. The role owner will be measured against the successful implementation and rollout into the Vodafone footprint.
The role includes the ability to understand latest technology trends and convert those into assets. A strong international background is required as the role includes working with international teams as well as the Vodafone footprint across different markets.
The role owner will be part of an agile squad and responsible to deliver the solutions to our markets.
The role owner will work closely with the Service Lifecycle Manager to ensure the project deliveries are handed over to support after launch. The role owner brings a track record in delivering services / apps into different markets / organizations.
