Hours: 42.5 per week (Monday to Friday)

Key Purpose of Role:

An opportunity has arisen for the role of Technical Order Processor within the Windows and Doors Division. In this role you will be responsible for placing orders via supplier's online portals for windows, doors, glass and panels.

Full technical and product training will be given.

Responsibilities

Placing product orders with suppliers through online portals or other methods Meeting key performance indicators for weekly targets and the company's "Right First Time" scheme Agreeing delivery plans with the scheduling team Dealing with technical queries from colleagues and customers Maintenance of database systems and paperwork processes to ensure the smooth flow of information within the team and to other parts of the business Carrying out final checks on project designs Ordering replacement products for warranty claims Responsibility for complying with and in the management of Health & Safety Any other duties as reasonably required

Attention to detail Ability to prioritise and organise work activities with customer needs in mind Ability to communicate effectively with internal colleagues and customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Outgoing, forward thinking and adaptable

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum of GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent) Excellent IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft office products Experience in order-entry to databases and ordering portals Experience of managing data through a database and/or Microsoft excel

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Experience in the technical aspects of uPVC and composite products Experience of Supply Chain management of Construction Materials
