We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organisational skills. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Duties
Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment required for the projects.
Foster a collaborative team environment while ensuring effective communication among all parties involved.
