We are excited to hire our next Technical Sales Manager, spearheading our expansion into additional European markets. In this position, you will support our commercial sales team in driving deals from a technical perspective. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate with a commercial acumen coming from a technical background, who's excited about developing relationships and driving business growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO



Develop a strong understanding of Neara's capabilities with the ability to navigate the platform Support commercial sales team from a technical product perspective Demonstrate the platform to customers and provide corresponding narratives Develop customer relationships and drive confidence with Neara's capabilities Understand customer needs and requirements by translating them into accurate platform demonstrations Drive client workshops to progress technical understanding, needs of the client and platform requirements to aid in progressing commercial opportunities Provide expert advice through sales acumen and support technical queries Collaborate on tailored value propositions with product management and execute directly in sales transactions.

WHO YOU ARE



Technical experience with complex solutions and / or enterprise softwares Background working in commercial teams and assisting with the development of sales funnels Knowledge of the utility sector is advantageous Fluent in English and an additional European language Excellent communication and people skills that allow you to inform, help and advise customers Experience with programming, PLS CADD and / or LIDAR highly advantageous
