General Outline of Job

To maximise sales opportunities for all Cellecta products and brands to achieve minimum annual sales targets.

Job Role and Responsibilities

To create opportunities from sites to office meetings to develop sales growth for Cellecta.

To develop excellent relationships with our distribution network, whilst maintaining and developing key account's sales.

To target and build relationships with key contractors and sub-contractors.

Identifying the key main contractors & housebuilders in the area to develop a pipeline of specifications for Cellecta products, back selling via our distribution network.

To liaise with colleagues and share customer information and opportunities to maximise sales of all Cellecta products and brands.

To maintain accurate records of sales opportunities using the company's CRM systems whilst working in a team with other colleagues.

Plan and enter appointments/site visits via the means of work diary on Outlook which will be shared with the company.

Maintain accurate records of expenses and mileage claims monthly.

Log all activity in real time via Orbit.

Provide a very small monthly activity report.

Become trained to deliver our RIBA approved CPD's to architects in line with KPI targets once trained and experienced.

Any other reasonable task requested by senior management.

Skills and Training Required

Induction programme 1 month provided as training.

Construction based knowledge

Planning and Organisation

Full Driving licence

F2F selling experience

Technical capabilities

Architecture CPD experience - an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 60,000.00 per year
