Salary Guide: \xc2\xa332,000 - \xc2\xa342,000

Summary A young and award winning Architects practice is seeking a RIBA or ARB qualified Technical Architect to join its team in London. Furthermore, the chosen individual will work on design focused and innovative residential and commercial projects across all work stages.

Candidates will need to be eligible to work in the UK: The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years post qualification experience. They should also have excellent presentation, hand drawing, graphic, and design skills. A strong technical ability, as well as knowledge of UK building regulations and UK planning policies, would be ideal. Especially if you have post qualification experience being on hands on UK projects. Additionally, they should have expert knowledge and proven experience in Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite. Furthermore, they will need to be Technical Rhino and AutoCAD proficient, specifically seen in your portfolio through presentation and technical drawings. Lastly, the successful candidate will need to have excellent spoken and written communication in English
