I have temporary role for a Technical Administrator based in Tiverton. The Technical Administrator will

Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7Assist QS with valuation of Costs - Check costs match timesheets/plant sheets/cost sheets.
\xc2\xb7Create costing adjustments using Vision reporting tool - check when corrected.
\xc2\xb7Input accurate value into Causeway.
\xc2\xb7Request payments in I-Ways - upload Causeway Vision reports, invoices and any relevant documents
\xc2\xb7Final request payments after subscribed period - checking all value has been recorded.
\xc2\xb7Run GEB report in Kaarbontech, create billing for sub-contractors to invoice.
\xc2\xb7Assist QS with sub-contractor orders and payments.
\xc2\xb7Assist QS with checking sub-contractor\'s applications using current commercial agreed rates.
\xc2\xb7Adhere to Commercial Monthly Timetable
\xc2\xb7Assist QS with monitoring Works Orders & Sub Contractors
\xc2\xb7Analyse Commercial Dashboard
Key skills
\xc2\xb7Understand Highway maintenance works.
\xc2\xb7Proficient use of Microsoft applications particularly Excel
\xc2\xb7Knowledge of Causeway
\xc2\xb7Awareness of I-Ways
\xc2\xb7Awareness of commercial team\'s responsibilities
Key Targets
\xc2\xb7Accurate valuation of costs
\xc2\xb7Create robust records.
\xc2\xb7Prompt payment requests
\xc2\xb7Check cost & value using commercial tools.
\xc2\xb7Actively monitor sub-contractor payments
