An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tech support in a Customer Service role to join a growing team in Cambridge. Our client is seeking a proactive self-starter with a technical mindset and fantastic attention to detail.

As the Technical Support in a Customer Services role, you will be:
Managing documentation efficiently for inbound/outbound orders- Processing account information to suppliers
- Highly organised with effective prioritisation
- Troubleshooting proactively and investigate anything further that may arise.
- Confident and clear communicator
As the Technical Support in Customer Service role, you will have:
Previous experience in tech support- High level of Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a team
- Experience of CRM systems, managing internal tickets and supporting the customer in their journey
