Millbrook Healthcare Group work in partnership with the local authority to supply TEC solutions to support people in their day-to-day life. This TEC service provides the assessment of service users' care technology needs all the way through to the installation, maintenance and review of technology equipment.
About the role:
Support the team in resource deployment for the shift, ensuring the centre is covered to achieve maximum effectiveness.
Lead the team - always modelling outstanding customer service to ensure every colleague delivers and excellent experience to all our callers every time.
Lead on one to one's and provide support during the induction of new staff
Identify and report any risk, including those of safeguarding, using identified processes.
Provide live feedback to colleagues during call monitoring activities.
Target driven to achieve TSA Accreditation KPI's
What are we looking for?
Demonstrable supervisor skills - this might include coaching and delegating or it might extend to performance management through regular reviews
Evidence of excellent communication skills. You'll be able to interact confidently with colleagues, customers and senior management
You might have experience in a call centre environment, but this isn't essential.
Knowledge of TEC services or the public centre would be an advantage

A rotating shift pattern covering 7 days between the hours of 07.00 - 22.00
