YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an Account Executive to support the team with the delivery of first-class creative work throughout the agency, working closely with creative teams and other departments.

The work is exciting, and the potential is huge!

We are looking for someone willing to get stuck into a busy, fun and fast-paced account. Applicants should be ambitious, enthusiastic, organised and personable with a keen interest in marketing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Demonstrate a passion for direct marketing and have an opinion on how it fits into the wider channel mix
  • Have a thorough understanding of what good project management is and be able to demonstrate this (although not necessarily from a work-related environment)
  • Be an effective team player, working not only with internal departments but collaboratively with the client and partner agencies
  • Comfortable with numbers and reporting - you will assist the Account Managers and Senior Account Managers in finance tasks and performance reporting
  • Demonstrate an appreciation for creativity and its interpretation, and be able to build relationships with the internal department here at RAPP
  • A good understanding of creative briefs and the role they play in the process
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and an appetite to manage a campaign from beginning to end
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • You should have experience from within a client-facing (ideally) or customer facing role, and be able to show us at interview stage that you are capable of talking to our clients
  • You should be computer savvy, smart with numbers, and have excellent Excel skills
