Duties

Assist with food preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation, adhering to food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames while maintaining quality standards. Support staff as needed

Skills

Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. Experience in food preparation or a culinary background is advantageous but not essential. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being proactive in helping others. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
