Boston tea party began its soulful journey in the 90s as four quirky, independent cafes, then along came Sam Roberts, the CEO with a love for hospitality and a mission to prove that doing good is good for business. Sam has always challenged the norm and no more so than when challenging the industry on single use coffee cups and helping young adults in our communities to grow and flourish in hospitality via our Foundation, that\xe2\x80\x99s why everyone at Boston has the shared purpose of Making things better for our team, customers and the planet.

Boston is now 25 soulful cafes serving the best in breakfast, brunch, and lunch and our coffee is another level. We want our cafes to be the best place to work in hospitality, which means we need a fantastic team who share our values to get there!

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing\xe2\x80\xa6

As a member of the team in your beautiful cafe, you are the master of all things that look after our customers, this could be the delivery of their food and drinks, supporting your kitchen or even saying hello and goodbye to all. This role is a high energy one that delivers every part of our customer journey to ensure each one leaves happy. You will always be anticipating your customers needs and building relationships built out of the community we serve. Community is everything to your caf\xc3\xa9, you may even support local organisations with such things as baby yoga, Hip Hop caf\xc3\xa9 or open mic events, firmly putting you and your caf\xc3\xa9 as a community hub.

Your team, well that\xe2\x80\x99s where it is at. You will be part of a super skilled and motivated team of values led people that are there to support, train and coach you in your role. You will be determined in your own development, focused on the next step in your career.

You support your caf\xc3\xa9 team but also your leadership team through great communication and feedback through asking great questions, and always have the team, customers and planet at the centre of all we do.
