You\'ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy yet safe atmosphere, overseeing the soft play area and assisting parents with any needs. It goes without saying that you must love working with children, have a good sense of humour and be a responsible and organised person.WHAT YOU\'LL DO IN THIS ROLE:Answering guest queries on products, prices & house facilities/activities
Dealing with enquiries by telephone in a warm & friendly manner, endeavouring at all times to accommodate their requests
Ensure a clean & tidy environment at all times & ensure that the reception area is tidy & ready for service at all times
Help create a fun, exciting & safe environment so that every guest leaves wanting to return
Help run children\'s Birthday parties, taking control and interacting with the children
Face painting & Balloon modelling
