Team Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Safeguarding \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa348ph + Accommodation \xe2\x80\x93 Hybrid

NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the South West who are looking for a Team Manager to join their Safeguarding Service. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Children in Care and providing permanency planning and supporting stability, in a management setting.

Some responsibilities of this role include;

• As Team Manager you will oversee a team of Experienced Social Workers.
• Working closely with other Team Managers and Service Managers you will continue to improve the quality and development of the service.
• The Team Manager will positively influence the development of their team and staff and the experience of children, young people and their families.

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England.
• An up to date DBS check
• Experience working in Safeguarding, ideally with holding management responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of the legislative framework and relevant guidance and procedures.
