TEAM MANAGER

Location: Primark Barnsley
Salary: \xc2\xa330,983 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7

The role

As Team Manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for an allocated section or department of your store \xe2\x80\x93 including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and of course sales. In addition, you\xe2\x80\x99ll oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily and you\xe2\x80\x99ll motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
