We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team for a locum position, offering a competitive salary of xc2xa340 per hour. • Provide line management support to the team, focusing on wellbeing, quality of work, and performance management.
• Take responsibility for key decision-making, including agreeing outcomes for escalations and complaints.
• Undertake strategic planning to ensure delivery of an effective service, continuously improving to respond to changing environments.
• Manage complex multi-agency work, negotiating with partner agencies with robust knowledge and application of legal frameworks.
• Oversee safeguarding enquiries that involve the highest level of risk.
• Support new team managers in the service with your experience in managing disability services.

Requirements:

• An experienced Team Manager who has managed disability services in the past and is confident to support new team managers in the service.
• Social Work qualification and registered with Social Work England (SWE).
• Extensive experience managing complex cases, supervising others and acting as a senior decision maker.
• xcellent problem-solving and risk assessment skills.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
