Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the management team in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Supervise and support staff, ensuring high standards of customer service.

- Train new employees and conduct performance evaluations.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pub environment.

- Contribute to maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
