Who We Are

We are CS Holiday lets, a family run full service Holiday let business. We work for owners to provide a letting income for their privately owned accomadation . We operate on more than one site and have a wide variety of accomadation, starting our journey back in 2015. Our biggest site is Seal Bay resort but we also have a smaller amount in Church Farm, Pagham which we plan to expand next year. We are currently looking for someone to strengthen our Selsey team.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our housekeeping team. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and enjoy their stay.

Overseeing:

- Staff Rotas

- Maintaining logistics

- Quality Control

Cleaning Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the holiday accomadation.
- Empty rubbish and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Stripe and replace Linen on beds for next guest
- Report any loss or damage to supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail

Quality control will be an important role to ensure that we offer the standards required by our guests. An abillity to think out of the box, offer solutions and a drive to move forward is essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour
