We are looking for a Team Leader to help run a residential home for older people aged 65 plus in North Walsham, Norfolk.
You will help deliver a range of meaningful mental and physical activities that reflects the residents life histories, interests and preferences.
The home in North Walsham is driven by the needs and aspirations of the residents.

- Mostly Day shifts with flexibility for some Night Shifts
- Salary from \xc2\xa324,988.
- \xc2\xa313.73 p/h
- Level 3 NVQ.
- Experience working in a Senior Position in the Social Care sector
- Experience working with adults and older people
- Staff management and performance management
- Follow strong morals of Integrity, boldness and value
- Essential to have good time management skills to be able to oversee the challenges of the home
- Be able to travel to North Walsham either by public transport or your own vehicle
