Your Responsibilities

As a

Team Leader

at Calon Lan, you will:

Monitor the quality

of services provided by your teams of Care Workers, ensuring all services meet our high standards of care. Work alongside your team to meet the

personal care needs

of individuals, while respecting their dignity and promoting Calon Lan's quality systems. Lead by example, providing support, guidance, and training to your team members.
