What you will do
As part of the Motor Finance Operations Team you will manage a team of Customer Services Advisors and will be responsible for providing effective guidance, supervision and motivation of team members on a daily basis whilst being proactive to ensure smooth team operations, effective collaboration and the achievement of team service levels.
You will deal with escalated customer queries relating to all points in the motor finance customer journey the role provides a central point of contact for team members, customers and other departments in the business.
Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 7.00pm and 9.00am - 5.00pm on a Saturday, you will work a flexible shift pattern across these hours with 1 in 4 Saturdays on shift and we are a hybrid working business
What you will bring
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader/Manager with demonstrable leadership skills. You will have the ability to create an inspiring team environment that drives effective behaviours within the team.
Communication is central to our business therefore demonstrable, exemplary written and verbal communication skills are essential. The team work through SLA-bound workflows therefore organisation skills and resource management experience are also highly valued.
