In Debden Park High School "leaders have successfully established a school where high aspirations and excellence are the norm, and where pupils and staff enjoy coming to work.... The buzz, enthusiasm and energy from staff at all levels is palpable". Ofsted January 2017 Debden Park High School is a heavily oversubscribed Academy that Ofsted judged to be Outstanding in January 2017.

We are looking to appoint an aspiring leader who has a proven track record in teaching and leading Maths, and who wants to work in a friendly and driven working environment. You will be given the exciting opportunity to lead and mould our enthusiastic and fully staffed Maths team, taking them to the next level, in the coming years. You will be fully involved in the leadership of this important team within the school and will be responsible for helping to maintain a culture that is challenging, rigorous and student-centred.

This role will suit a hardworking and ambitious individual who is self-motivated and driven to succeed. If you are an outstanding teacher and leader with a resilient character and a strong personal drive, with experience of leading outstanding practice, then we'd like to hear from you. We are part of a family of schools within the Kemnal Academies Trust. Every week staff take part in 2 hours of Debden Minds which is a bespoke CPD programme focusing primarily on the development of teaching & learning. We provide exceptional career progression for staff, which leads to our Middle and Senior Leadership teams being composed of many teachers who began their career with us. We lead the Essex hub of the TKAT SCITT.
