Job Description
I am currently working with a leading provider that provide support packages within their supported living services for adults with learning disabilities. They are a good rated CQC provider and are now seeking TEAM LEADERS to join their award-winning team.
You will be responsible for running a variety of shifts, mornings, afternoons, evening, nights and weekends. You must be flexible for all these shifts.
As a team leader your responsibilities will consist of;
- To lead a team of staff and to have responsibility for the smooth running of the shift whilst ensuring individuals` needs, choices and dignity are central to everything you do.
- To work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- To attend team meetings, training courses and complete online e-learning as requested by your manager.
- To ensure all records, both electronic and manual are kept up to date.
- To carry out regular supervision and support of staff, including managing their attendance at work.
- To support the deputy and registered managers with CQC inspections and anything else that they may need you to do.
