Job Description

Duties:



*Prepare, season, and cook meats, chicken, and other grilled foods according to recipes and specifications.

*Monitor and adjust grill temperatures to ensure proper cooking.

*Maintain a clean and organised grill station, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

*Manage the grill area during service, ensuring timely and efficient production of grilled dishes.

*Prepare ingredients for grilling, including cutting, marinating, and seasoning.

*Plate and garnish grilled dishes according to the restaurant's standards.

*Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served.

*Monitor and manage inventory levels of grill-specific ingredients and supplies.

*Coordinate with the Head Chef to order and restock items.

*Minimise waste and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

*Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff on grill techniques and safety practices.

*Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

*Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of grill equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 38,700.00-39,000.00 per year
