Team Leader | Locke House Job descriptionWhat\xe2\x80\x99s the Role: Team LeaderWhat It Takes:An important part of the staff role is to provide support to our individuals who have complex needs and help them to manage their emotions.So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential.Our dedicated staff team support individuals to learn and develop their independence skills which includes tasks such as shopping, cleaning their flat, personal care, accessing the community, budgeting, taking medication. Each staff member has something to bring to the role and we encourage staff to use their humour and sense of fun and creativity in supporting our individuals with day to day life.Where You Would Work: Locke House, PortadownLocke House is a busy Mental Health supported living service based in Portadown dedicated to providing innovative, high quality support to individuals that we support with behaviours that may challenge in order to enable their recovery and re-engagement with the community.We employ a flexible, individualised approach, working in consultation with individuals to assess needs and develop a range of client directed goals.
