Production Team Leader

to lead by example and drive operational excellence on our factory floor.

The Role:

As a

Production Team Leader

, you'll oversee a team of skilled operatives in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You'll be responsible for ensuring daily production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and support a team of production operatives Monitor workflow, productivity, and ensure adherence to schedules Maintain quality control and drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times Train and develop team members to meet performance standards Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, and other departments

About You:

Proven experience in a manufacturing/production environment Strong leadership and communication skills A hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of aluminium window/door fabrication is an advantage (but not essential) Health & Safety and Lean Manufacturing knowledge is desirable
