```Duties```
- Oversee and manage a team of employees in a restaurant or kitchen setting
- Ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members
- Monitor food preparation and quality to meet customer expectations
- Assist with cooking, food preparation, and bartending as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant or kitchen
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food production and service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
