What It Takes:
An important part of the staff role is to support individuals within our service who have complex needs to enable them to live as independently as possible.
So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential.
Our dedicated staff team support our individuals to learn and develop their independence skills which includes tasks such as shopping, cleaning their home, accessing the community, budgeting and managing their tenancy.
Where You Would Work: Coleraine Home Response
Coleraine Home Response provides support to individuals within their own home. The overall aim of our service is to promote greater independence, by enhancing life skills in areas such as problem solving, budgeting and home management. We encourage individuals to engage with the local community as well as other support services, to lead as active and fulfilled life as possible. Our staff team work jointly, to provide activities, as well as individually, which encourages the development of their skills and experience.

24 Hours Per Week
*\xc2\xa324,450 - \xc2\xa327,654 per annum
*Salary based on 39 hours per week.
