Real time planning of work in the active window of the production system and the effective allocation of tasks across the team based on skills and resource capacity
Drive and manage the team to execute the plan and ensure work is progressed effectively and efficiently in line with Cost and Quality specifications
Ensure accurate and timely recording of work performed against each task, work order or activity
Carry out real time problem solving to overcome issues as they develop and work in line with the defined issue management / escalation process
Responsible for the quality and standards of output from the team and the achievement of all SQCDP performance targets
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Experienced in the methods of product construction related to their trade, or extensive experience in other similar manufacturing or construction industries
Experience in leading and supervising a team and managing workloads to deliver to plan
Suitable experience in a large-scale manufacturing or production environment
Time served tradesperson or strong technical qualification

The Team Leader:
