We are recruiting a Team Leader for a newly formed and developing Adolescent Multi-Disciplinary Service within Medway Children Services. The successful candidate will be working in a supporting a team of workers to assess and develop wrap around interventions to children and young people who are suffering harm due to contextual safeguarding issues.You will be part of the Multi-Disciplinary Service alongside the Family Group Conferencing team, the Family Partnership, and the Specialist Assessment team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable working environment with experienced leadership, whilst receiving regular supervision and training opportunities. • GCSEs Grade C and above including English and Maths
• NVQ Level 4 in Working with families with multiple and complex needs or another relevant discipline
