Job Description


Responsibilities: As a vital member of our dynamic team, you'll bring your expertise and enthusiasm to ensure smooth operations. Here's what you'll be diving into:

  • Documentation Magic: Quickly and accurately create letters, reports, presentations, and invoices using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proofreading Pro: Ensure reports are polished and error-free before reaching clients.
  • File Management Guru: Maintain organised file records and databases, keeping information secure yet accessible.
  • Finance Liaison: Raise asset and fee invoices, manage cases on NetSuite, and assist with financial paperwork.
  • Sales Support: Prepare marketing materials, handle enquiries, and monitor cash receipts.
  • Team Player: Provide timely assistance to internal teams (Real Estate, Lending & Transactions, Legal) with professionalism.
  • Email Efficiency: Utilise email to enhance team productivity and meet business goals.
  • Data Management: Track work and engagement through Excel, Epona, and Salesforce.
  • NDA Processing: Manage initial NDA requests and liaise with third-party representatives for real estate info.
  • Administrative Support: Assist Senior Directors and Managing Directors with scheduling, travel, and expense claims.
  • Legal Team Assistance: Help with consultant contracts and law firm onboarding.
  • Meeting Coordinator: Organise internal and external meetings, including agendas and materials.
  • Flexibility & Teamwork: Cover for fellow team members during absences and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
  • Proactive with a knack for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
