Our client: a global real estate firm based in the heart of Birmingham are seeking a motivated, dedicated and passionate team player to join their team.Job Title: Team AssistantLocation: Birmingham City CentreSalary: \xc2\xa325,000 per yearHours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per weekBenefits & Perks:

In this role you will support a high performing team of senior stakeholders and the wider team within the business. This role includes varied administrative and PA duties plus the chance to gain lots of experience within a global compan.   • Assisting Head of Department and SLT
  • Supporting team projects and initiatives
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Writing reports, creating presentations, and organising meetings
  • Managing email and diary, booking travel, and processing expenses
  • Supporting on ad hoc project work
  • Document management
About you:
  • Team Assistant, PA, Administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • A strong team player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
