Job Description


I am representing this boutique international Real Estate company with a focus on residential properties who are looking for a Team Administrator to join their friendly team on a mainly remote basis (London office is in the city). The role is temporary for a minimum of 6 months with the potential for 12 months or a permanent opportunity for the right person. The hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Supporting the team (Property Managers) who manage the properties in the U.K. you will act as a gatekeeper, provide email management, schedule meetings and appointments, arrange travel, assist with document production, database upkeep, expenses management and more.

You will be a self-starter able to work remotely with little supervision at times, be articulate, have strong proven administrative experience (Real Estate/Property experience is a plus but not at all a requirement).

You will be free immediately to commence and be able to commit for a minimum of 6 months.
