Job Description
We are recruiting to the role of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Assistance (Student Information, Advice and Guidance and Student Support and Wellbeing), within the School of Arts, Languages and Culture in the Faculty of Humanities which is available for 11 months in the first instance.
This role forms part of the School Teaching, Learning and Student Experience team and will be responsible for providing support to taught students via the School\'s student Hub.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, customer service, problem solving, and administration skills to provide support for staff and students. They will have a customer first attitude, the ability to think on their feet and excellent organisational skills.
