TEACHING ASSISTANT- St Albans

• \xc2\xa380 to \xc2\xa3100 per day* Primary/Secondary Teaching Assistant* Full-time position - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 15:45pm* Working 1-1 with additional needs child

Working within a secondary & primary school is incredibly rewarding but requires out-of-the-box thinkers who are able to see beyond the labels of disability and uncover each child\'s potential and love for learning.

The Teaching Assistant will work alongside the class teacher to ensure each child progresses toward their goals. As a Teaching Assistant, you will gain experience working with children with mixed special needs such as mild to severe learning difficulties, verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, sensory impairment, Autism, Challenging Behaviour and other additional needs.

Suitable Candidates for this role will have any of the following experience-

• Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant/HLTA
• Carer for adults or children with additional needs.
• Youth Worker
• Sports/Football Coach
• Experience Volunteering with additional needs adults or children
• Bachelor\'s or Master in - English, Maths, Science, Drama, PE , History Etc.
