They are also proud members of Challenge Partners.About the Role:As a Teaching Assistant you will aid students with Epilepsy, Autism, and other severe learning difficulties, including sensory, physical, and medical needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting students in accessing learning through tailored, personalised methods, both in individual and group settings.
• Contributing to student records and reports alongside Teachers and specialist staff.
• Participating in classroom, curriculum, staff, and other relevant meetings.
• Providing essential administrative support to ensure the College runs smoothly.
• Upholding high standards of hygiene and welfare for students in the classroom.
• Collaborating with senior staff or designated safeguarding leads as needed.

• Passionate about working with and supporting young people.
• An effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and challenging situations.
• Experienced in teamwork and capable of working independently.
