Working in a school for Looked After Children who have experienced early childhood trauma, your role will be classroom support. Helping the children to thrive in an educational setting, you will support them with a therapeutic approach to behaviour management, and teaching and learning. The school supports children from Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3, and Key Stage 4, and offers a full curriculum. Helping the children in a pastoral manner will be key- your role will be to help them to engage with their education, whilst maintaining healthy emotional regulation and mental health.
