The TA / Teaching Assistant role will entail assisting children with additional learning needs in a nursery/reception class. Positions are currently temporary with the potential to go permanent if the school really likes you! This is also a great chance to gain an abundance of experience to add to your CPD and keep everyday exciting. Applications from Welsh speakers are encouraged.The ideal TA / Teaching Assistant should have the following:

  • At least Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational establishment
  • A calm, patient and caring persona
  • Good communication skills
  • A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
