Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant required at an Ofsted \'Outstanding\' rated Secondary School in Cambridge - Full time - Up to \xc2\xa390 per day depending on experience - Commencing September 2023

Tradewind is currently working with an Ofsted \'Outstanding\' rated Secondary School, who are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join their team in September. In partnership with parents and the community, the school continually seeks improvement, maintaining its position as a leading institution in Cambridge and beyond.

***Teaching Assistant required at a Secondary School in Cambridge

***Full time role Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm

***Competitive salary of up to \xc2\xa390 per day depending on experience

***Commencing September 2023

The key requirements for this role are:

  • Degree holder or experienced TA
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in supporting SEND and Pupil Premium students
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers and connect with students
  • Empathy and patience to understand and support the unique needs of every student
  • Flexibility and adaptability to cater to diverse learning styles and classroom situations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other educators to create an inclusive learning environment
  • Strong organisational skills to efficiently manage classroom resources and materials
  • Creativity to devise innovative approaches that engage students and foster a love for learning
  • Passion for education and dedication to helping students overcome challenges and achieve their goals
