We are looking for an exceptional and experienced teacher who is ready to lead,

inspire and drive excellence.

As a phase leader, you will:

Be an exemplary practitioner, modelling outstanding classroom practice Lead a team of dedicated professionals in Upper Key Stage 2 to ensure the highest outcomes for our children Respond to data outcomes across the phase to further drive improvement and raise standards Take on the strategic leadership of either Maths or English across the school Drive excellence in teaching and learning across Years 5 and 6, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all pupils
Support and mentor colleagues to develop their practice and enhance pupil progress

Provide professional development opportunities for staff

Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school as part of the Senior Leadership Team

Work closely with senior leaders, parents, and the wider community to ensure a dynamic and engaging curriculum
