Greasbrough Primary School is looking for applications from enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are committed to striving for successful inclusion within our mainstream school. We wish to appoint a permanent class teacher (EYFS, KS1 or LKS2) and SENDCo from September 2025 who has vision, ambition and a drive to positively impact on our children's education. The appointed candidate will need to lead a strong teaching and support staff team to maintain the highest standards of education, alongside excellent pastoral care for identified children.



They will also be required to promote good relationships and effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including parents, carers, staff, external professionals, and governors. We are looking to appoint someone who reflects the school's high standards and who is committed to ensuring that all pupils receive an education that allows them to fulfill their full potential and equips them for their next stages in learning and life. Please note the early closing date to secure the position for September.



The successful candidate will:


an outstanding classroom practitioner, who has a real commitment to education be an innovator, motivator and a leader. be committed to raising pupil attainment have both strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Curriculum and/or National Curriculum be reflective, analytical and keen to develop their skills be enthusiastic, highly motivated and enjoy working with children be creative and able to make learning enjoyable be able to inspire trust and instil confidence be flexible and able to work as part of a team be an organised person with excellent time management skills have an ability to inspire pupils to reach their full potential show a willingness to be fully involved in the life of the school be committed to making a positive difference to children's lives be creative and able to plan a coherent sequence of learning across all subjects. have experience of working effectively and leading a SEND team raise the standards of SEN pupils throughout the school
