We are looking for a well-qualified and inspiring Teacher of Design Technology and Engineering to join our Ofsted Outstanding college as we expand our department. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a supportive and high-performing team, contributing to the development and improvement of curriculum plans and resources, with a focus on student learning, achievement, and progression. We welcome applications from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers who have a strong passion for the subject and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.

The successful candidate will have strong planning and time management skills, and the ability to engage and challenge both students and colleagues. A deep subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Design Technology is essential and an interest in engineering including the use of CAD design is highly beneficial, as is effective communication with students, parents, and staff. You should have a proven track record of delivering strong results and positive student outcomes, fostering a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages academic excellence.
