Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in subjects such as Design Technology and Art, and will be committed to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves educating students, managing classroom behaviour, and facilitating scientific research projects. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills and a desire to inspire students in their academic journey.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Educate students in subjects including Maths and Biochemistry, ensuring comprehension and retention of material. Provide tutoring support to students who require additional assistance in their studies. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a conducive learning atmosphere. Conduct scientific research projects and laboratory sessions, guiding students through practical experiments. Proofread educational materials and student assignments to ensure clarity and accuracy. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements

A degree in Education or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of Maths, Biochemistry, and Special Education principles. Experience in tutoring or teaching roles is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively. Familiarity with laboratory procedures and scientific research methodologies. A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement in teaching practices.
