We are seeking to appoint a passionate Design and Technology teacher to join our team. Experience of teaching Food Preparation and nutrition at GCSE would be an advantage. We would be excited to hear from you if you are new to teaching and looking for a school that can provide you with the best possible start to your teaching career or if you are a more experienced teacher seeking a new challenge, working for a large multi academy trust. We have excellent facilities and have recently enhanced our classroom kitchens and textiles workshops with new layouts and new equipment to improve teaching and working areas. At KS3 we deliver cooking and nutrition with an ambition curriculum. Design Technology covers a breadth of design influence with products realised in timbers, metals and plastics. GCSE food preparation and nutrition and GCSE Design Technology are consistently popular areas of study at KS4.
