We are looking for a well-qualified and inspirational teacher to teach Biology across a variety of Science and Sport Science qualifications at One Sixth Form College. The person we appoint must have a lively and stimulating approach to teaching and learning, the ability to teach to a high academic standard, and a commitment to the learning and well-being of all young people. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work with young people who value excellent teaching, enjoy learning about the subject, and want to work hard to succeed.
This role will primarily involve teaching of Human Biology across our vocational science offer, with the potential to teach some A Level Biology lessons for a suitably qualified candidate. Teaching in sport is likely to involve delivery on the Sport and Exercise Science vocational offer, with a focus the scientific principles of human performance. Knowledge and experience of delivery of the more practical aspects of the course is not essential.
