Are you a CTA Qualified Tax Manager who is looking to work for a medium sized firm who can offer a good work-life balance, a supportive team and varied client base? Butler Rose are working with a brilliant firm located in Wilmslow who would be very keen to speak with you if so!

Key Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in navigating the complexities of transactional tax, providing strategic insights and proactive solutions to enhance client outcomes.
• Spearhead company reorganisations, putting your strategic thinking into action to optimise structures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative share schemes, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of our diverse client base.
• Showcase your expertise in private client work, delving into areas like Inheritance Tax (IHT), trusts, and related matters to deliver personalised and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• CTA Qualified
• Minimum of 5 years in tax advisory roles, preferably within a similar accountancy setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in transactional tax, ensuring comprehensive understanding and application.
• Proven track record in managing company reorganisations.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with share schemes, contributing to the development and implementation of effective schemes.
• Familiarity with private client work, including Inheritance Tax (IHT), trusts, and related areas.
