This group will ensure that you gain exposure to an unrivalled client portfolio of multinational companies and a variety of tax work including compliance and consulting projects. This role enables you to develop your knowledge with us in European tax laws across a multitude of industry sectors and if it suits, specialise in a field that interests you.Responsibilities:

• Working with an integrated partner/manager/associate team on large corporate and partnership transactions
• Working with an integrated partner/manager/associate team on business restructurings
• Working with integrated partner/manager/associate team on US tax compliance engagements for multinational clients
• Researching and writing client consultations on a range of topics related to US corporate and partnership taxation in an international context
• Assisting on specialised technical competency teams for liaison with UK and EU practices
• Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Connect to your skills and professional experienceTo qualify for the role, it is desirable to have:

• US corporate tax return experience (preferred)
• US partnership tax return experience, specifically fund background (preferred)
• Hold one of the following (preferred):

• US CPA or equivalent
• Degree in Taxation/Accounting or equivalent
• Law degree or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
• Familiarity with a non-US tax system (preferred)
