Our Glasgow office is expanding, and we are seeking a Talent Sourcing Partner to help drive our success to the next level on a remote/hybrid basis.
As a Talent Sourcing Partner for their Contract Team, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting high-caliber IT professionals for their key accounts. This is a warm desk opportunity, with access to a wealth of key accounts and a supportive team to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with their clients to understand their IT staffing needs.
- Identify, engage, and qualify IT candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, helping them navigate their career paths.
- Work closely with their Recruitment Consultants to match candidates with suitable contract opportunities.
- Ensure a seamless recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, particularly within contract or temporary staffing.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies is a plus.
