The role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Talent Marketing Manager to join our Talent Attraction team which is responsible for hiring top talent to join our development programme and other key business roles.

The role holder will be passionate and creative, with the ability to lead and deliver our talent attraction strategy whilst managing the operational aspects of talent marketing. Key responsibilities



Employer branding:

Partner with the Marketing team to maintain the company's employer brand.

Attraction partner relationships:

Develop and manage relationships with Grayce's attraction partners and Universities, utilising these to attract top talent to our development programmes.

Recruitment campaigns:

Plan, execute and measure recruitment marketing campaigns to attract diverse and high-quality candidates. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify specific hiring needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.

Social media and online presence:

Manage Grayce's recruitment-focused social media accounts and online presence.

Content creation:

Draft and post engaging and informative content for job advertisements, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns.

Analytics and metrics:

Monitor and analyse the performance of recruitment marketing efforts. Use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns, improve candidate engagement and increase application conversion rates.

Candidate experience:

Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring a smooth and user-friendly application process. Provide timely communication and follow-ups to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Employer events and networking:

Plan and coordinate employer events, webinars and networking sessions to attract potential candidates and foster relationships with industry professionals.

Collaboration:

Partner with key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and to understand their needs.

Employer Value Proposition (EVP):

Communicate the EVP to attract and retain top talent by highlighting the unique benefits and opportunities offered to Grayce employees.

Initiative:

Independently drive talent attraction at Grayce. Take ownership of tasks and projects and be creative with new ideas. Observe and keep abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands to stay ahead in the talent attraction landscape.



Role requirements

Proven experience in engaging and attracting emerging talent through recruitment marketing and employer branding. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and make data-backed decisions. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn recruiter / talent solutions. Strong administrative skills with excellent and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management and organisational skills. A passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging recruitment marketing strategies.
